Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges

  • 100% of the advance will be Refunded if cancelled 15 Days prior to the date.
  • 75 % Refund,if cancelled 15 - 7 days in Check In.
  • 50 % Refund,if cancelled 7 - 5 days in Check In.
  • 25 % Refund,if cancelled 5 - 3 days in Check In.
  • 0 % Refund,if cancelled 3 - 0 days in Check In.
  • Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
For Groups / for Special Celebration Dates

  • • 75% of the advance will be Refunded if cancelled 15 month prior to the date.
  • 50 % Refund,if cancelled 15 - 7 days in Check In.
  • 25 % Refund,if cancelled 7 - 5 days in Check In.
  • 0 % Refund,if cancelled 5 - 3 days in Check In.
  • Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
Policy and Conditions

  • If you are postponing your booking, it will be considered as cancellation under cancellation policy.
  • If the customer is unable to reach at the date/time of your booking in the Boarding place, whatever the reason maybe, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances and you cannot claim your amount on this issue.
  • If the Boat owner is not able to provide the houseboat on the scheduled date/time of your booking, the company assure you that you will be provided another boat of same class/category at the same time.
  • If the Boat owners are not able to provide you with another one due to any technical issue or because of any natural calamities or strikes etc., 50% of the amount will be refunded, which you paid at the time of booking, for Houseboats and 90% for motor and Shikkara boats.
  • In case your a/c is not working in any rooms, an amount of Rs.1000/- will be refunded by the boat owners during the check out time.
  • Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
  • It may take a minimum of 2-7 working days to get refunds for the bookings made through cheque/debit/credit cards via cheque only.
  • It may take a minimum of 2-14 working days to get credit/debit cards refund by online.
  • The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
  • Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
